Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:

  • All Shipping Rates are based on single purchase items, and shipping will be determined by delivery address and zip code.
  • Handling time is 5 bussines days after receipt of cleared payment.
  • I will combine shipping to whatever safely fits in the box to a maximum weight of 70 lbs. for USA deliveries.
  • Please contact me for a quote on combined shipping charges.
  • For items like glass, ceramic mugs or glasses, I pack these items in bubble wrap and Styrofoam for extra protection.
  • Your package is automatically protect from loss only up to $100 of your item's value. If your item is worth more than $100 you may want to purchase additional insurance on your behalf.
  • If additional insurance is not purchased for packages over a $100.00 value, I accept no responsibility or liability for loss or damage.
  • Shipments containing glass or ceramic items are subject to coverage for loss but not for damage.
  • If items are damaged during shipping, please contact me and I will send a replacement if possible.
  • Shipping and packaging costs includes the cost of the boxes or envelopes, bubble wrap and Styrofoam.
  • If I am able to get a lower rate due to your location, I do, and have refunded the difference in shipping and packaging costs.
  • If you wish to upgrade to a different service, please email me and I will inform you of what the additional cost is.

 

FOR US CUSTOMERS:

  • Packages are shipped from Blaine, WA.
  • I ship my products by USPS or FedEx.
  • Any and all customs or duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These are not in my control and I have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much they might be.

 

FOR CUSTOMERS IN CANADA:

  • Packages are shipped from Burnaby, B.C.
  • I ship my products by Canada Post Regular Mail, Canada Post Regular.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:       

  • International shipping rates are available by quote only. Please email me your location and I can get a shipping quote for you.

 

DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED RETURNS:

Personalized or customized orders are not refundable.

When you returning an item, there should be at least one inch of cushing material between the item and the walls of the box. Upon receipt of the defective item, and subject to availability, defective items will be replaced within 30 days from the received date. We will send out a replacement to you at no charge using either Canada Post Regular Mail or UPS Standard. If item(s) are no longer available we will refund your money. Shipping charges are not refundable.

For items that are personalized, I ask that payment be made prior to personalization. Refunds cannot be made for items that are not damaged after the item is personalized.
